Mr. Ramar is one of the founding members of the firm and is trial counsel for multiple insurers and healthcare systems in Michigan and across the country. He has practiced in State and Federal Courts in various jurisdictions including but not limited to Michigan, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, and Ohio, having tried cases as lead counsel more than 100+ times. His focus is Medical Malpractice Defense, but has tried cases in other areas, including Products Liability, Breach of Contract, Dramshop and Ordinary Negligence.

He has also received numerous accolades including Michigan Super Lawyer, New York Times Top Attorneys and Michigan D Business Magazine.


Mr. Ramar received his B.A. in Business from Ferris State University and his J.D. from Detroit College of Law in 1983.
